It was amazing the length at which we would go to take part in grown-up activities, but funny when we reach the grown-up stage, then we start reminiscing on the good old days, like when we were married to our childhood friend with a ring pop, play house, or when we drove lightning McQueen cars and played with the 90's Barbie. The fact that we created our own languages is not the same as it used to be when we were young. We were free, we were opinionated, we had no care in the world, and all those candy are making their rounds. We get to live vicariously through our shared memories of bittersweet moments.
